National Ordinance reporting unusual transactions

inFocus N.V. is a service provider as referred to in the National Ordinance reporting unusual transactions. As such, inFocus N.V. conducts customer due diligence and any unusual transactions performed or intended are reported to the competent authority. To the extent that in addition to Article 15 of the National Ordinance reporting unusual transactions, inFocus N.V. does not accept any civil liability for reports in all cases. Anyone who shares information with inFocus N.V. indemnifies inFocus N.V. from any liability in that regard.
